Periscope is more than likely to spur some competition, and top seated broadcasters will want the latest techniques in phone filming. This might be just the article that will send some of you "Periscopers", running to find the lastest clip-on fish eye or zoom lens.

One thing that people are always trying to upgrade these days, is broadcast quality. So our reccomendation, is that you might start by googlilng external lenses for your iphone or android.

Another thing we observed while running Periscope, was our battery life draining quickly from our phones. This can be easily fixed with a portable usb external battery, it is more likely than not you will get caught with a great content opportunity and a dead battery at least once.

We found our own external battery, at Marshalls on sale for $16.99 with 4400MAH. If you don't quite know what that means, it can charge a whole phone from dead to 100%.

As for lighting, well nothing beats natural outdoor light. You can fool around with bringing your own video lights, in an interview setting.
